GX Nova Wallet PC Giveaway T&C's

1. COMPETITION SPECIFIC RULES

The following rules ("Specific Rules") together with the General Competition Terms and Conditions (which can be found at https://giantx.gg/legal/terms-conditions#general-competition-terms (the "General Competition Terms")) apply to the GX NOVA WALLET PC GIVEAWAY (the "Competition"), which will run from Friday 27th June 2025 at 11:00 GMT and close at 23:59 GMT on 10th July 2025 on the GIANTXENG X channel. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the General Competition Terms and will be bound by them.

2. DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION

To enter the Competition, an Entrant must:

Go to the competition page (hosted on the NovaWallet website)
Submit contact email + Wallet address
Confirm any further verification via email

All winners will be selected at random from correct and eligible entries received with randomised prize allocation. The winners will be contacted by email, by the 14th July 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must be over 18 years old.
Entrants must complete the competition entry requirements set out in the Details of the Competition.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
The winner must be a resident of the United Kingdom, Spain, or Germany.
Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

GIANTX reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value where the products are unavailable at the time of purchase or the requested sizes for apparel are not in stock. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

If you win a prize, you will need to respond to the notification within the timeframe of 14 days.

All physical prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that GIANTX receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. Non-physical prizes will be arranged when available.

5. HOSTING AND DATA RESPONSIBILITY

This giveaway is hosted on Nova Wallet's website as part of a promotional collaboration. However, all aspects of the competition including; administration, management, prize fulfilment, and the handling and processing of any personal data—are fully managed by GIANTX (Excel LEC Ltd). NovaWallet does not control or have access to any personal data submitted through the competition. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that GIANTX is solely responsible for the processing of their information in accordance with the GIANTX Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

General Competition Terms

1. GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS

Each Competition is offered by Excel LEC Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales with company registration number 11715281, whose registered office is 43 Mitchell St, London, EC1V 3QD

By entering a Competition, you will be deemed to have accepted: (a) the relevant Specific Rules; and (b) these General Competition Terms. If any Specific Rules conflict with the General Competition Terms the Specific Rules will prevail.

Any decision of GIANTX in respect of a Competition is final. For questions regarding a Competition, please contact GIANTX on the GIANTX Community Discord.

2. ENTRY CONDITIONS / RESTRICTIONS

GIANTX employees or an intern, contractor, sponsor or agent of GIANTX or its group companies, anyone professionally connected with this Competition, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing is not eligible to enter the Competition. Entries from any of the foregoing will not be eligible to win a prize.

To enter, you must follow the entry process for the Competition, which will be explained in the Specific Rules and/or promotional materials or announcements. GIANTX cannot guarantee entry (and accept no responsibility for) entries which are mis-spelt, corrupt or ineligible, or for entries which haven't reached us – for example, postal, telephone, text message, online or social media entries not received as a result of network incompatibility, technical faults or for any other reason.

Bulk entries, entries by third parties or agents, syndicated entries, entries made via automated devices, or entries made using methods such as, without limitation, a computer macro or script will not be eligible to win a prize.

No entries received after the Close Date will be eligible to win a prize.

If you are ineligible to take part in the Promotion (e.g. because of age restrictions or previous exclusions), your entry cannot be transferred to anyone else. If GIANTX discovers that you are ineligible to take part, you may be disqualified. GIANTX reserves the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.

3. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize does not include, and the Competition winner is solely responsible for, all costs and expenses associated with participation in the prize (such as, without limitation, internet use, and all required equipment for participation).

Should the prize for a Competition be unavailable, GIANTX has the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value.

Prizes may not be resold, are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by GIANTX , the prize will only be awarded to the winner.

Any images of the prize are illustrative only and may not show the exact prize to be won.

Certain rewards and prizes may or may not be limited by geographical location

4. PUBLICITY

Each winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity as may be required by GIANTX in respect of the Competition.

Within a year of the Close Date and only in respect of the Competition, GIANTX reserves the right to publish each winner's name, photograph and country on its website and/or any social media or streaming platform or to otherwise publicise the winner.

5. PARTICIPANT VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION RIGHTS

GIANTX reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the eligibility of any participant, including, without limitation the participant's age and parental consent, where required.

GIANTX reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify a participant:

found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Competition;
who enters the Competition using fraudulent means;
who enters the Competition using incorrect contact details;
who enters the Competition on someone else's behalf; or
who GIANTX reasonably believes has acted in breach of these General Competition Terms.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winner(s) will be selected as explained in the Specific Rules. This will be done by either (a) a random automated process, or (b) a process which will be conducted or supervised by an independent person, or (c) such other process as explained in the Specific Rules.

If you win a prize, You will need to respond to the notification within the timeframe set out in the Specific Rules (this will be no later than 28 days following the date of our notification if no timeframe is set out in the Specific Rules), and follow the instructions provided to you. You will need to provide proof of your ID, age and address for your prize to be delivered.

7. PRIZES

Any tax or other charge payable in conjunction with the prize will be your sole responsibility. If this is of concern you should speak to a financial advisor.

The prize or prizes will be as described in the relevant Specific Rules. Imagery is for illustrative purposes only, and colours and other minor details may vary.

Third party terms and conditions may apply to certain parts of a prize, where applicable. For example, where the prize contains ticket(s) to an event, you will not only be bound by the Specific Rules and General Terms and Conditions, but also the event organiser and venue owner's rules and terms and conditions.

8. COMPETITION DURATION AND WITHDRAWAL

GIANTX may, in its absolute discretion, vary or withdraw a Competition, Specific Rules or the General Competition Terms at any time. You agree that no liability shall attach to GIANTX as a result thereof.

9. NO ENDORSEMENT

Your participation in the Competition, including being selected to receive the prize, in no way constitutes an endorsement or support by GIANTX of your views or aims or of any products or services. You shall not advertise or otherwise claim to have obtained any such endorsement or support.

Where a Competition is run on one or more of GIANTX's social platforms or a third party's platform, that Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with that social media platform or third party platform. You acknowledge that any such social media platform or third party (as applicable) shall have no liability to you in connection with that Competition.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

GIANTX's name and logo are the property of GIANTX and should not be used in any manner whatsoever without the prior consent of GIANTX. GIANTX must approve in writing any statement, advertisement, press release or similar communication in any media (including any social post, blog or any other type of self-publishing platform) relating to your participation in the Competition.

By entering the Competition, you consent to the storage, transfer and use by GIANTX and its affiliates of any personal data that you supply, for the purpose of administering and managing the Competition and the prize. GIANTX will use, process and store your personal data in accordance with the GIANTX Privacy Policy and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

GIANTX may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Specific Rules and General Competition Terms, and all matters related to them including any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
